My name is Shatera Clarke and I am the owner and designer of Posh Balloons, LLC. My initial concept for my business started in 2018 and I later went on to officially form Posh Balloons, LLC on July 5, 2020. We currently service Houston, TX and surrounding areas specializing in luxury Balloon decor for numerous types of event.
